SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our pieces are made to order and typically dispatch within 8-10 weeks. Items that are currently in stock will be shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply, as well as any additional costs related to incorrect delivery information.

Adult signature is required upon delivery. Kindly note that we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered. Once delivery is confirmed, the order becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Collexo is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the client not being available to sign for the package upon arrival, or due to any technical issues within the shipping carrier, or due to any weather circumstances.  

We are unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends.

SALES TAX, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

International Orders: May incur customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to release the shipment from customs.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties or import taxes.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

As each piece is custom made, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Full payment required at the time of purchase.
